Our Maintenance division focuses on the nationwide delivery of three core areas: 

Commercial Grounds Maintenance

We provide award-winning commercial grounds maintenance to any sector. Through proactive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) services, day-to-day tasks such as grass mowing, hedge cutting and weed control can all be included, with added services such as litter picking and specialist cleaning. As part of our onboarding, a series of extra works to ensure sites remain safe and operational is also available.

Extra Works

We have several in-house specialist divisions within maintenance who are accredited experts in their divisions. This includes:

• Tree Works and Surveys: We advise your ‘duty of care’ and undertake surveys to ensure safety. Should any works be required, our professional arborists and specialist equipment deliver cost-effective tree works to ensure people and your business are protected.
• Invasive Weed Management: We provide day-to-day management and removal of non-native weed species such as Japanese Knotweed, Giant Hogweed, Himalayan Balsam, and Hogweed.

Winter Maintenance and Gritting

Our gritting and winter maintenance services have been providing gritting for car parks, private roads, estates, and facilities since 1973. Providing bespoke winter maintenance plans to fit within clients' budgets and requirements, using our Met Office Gold Service for forecasting.
