Menzi Muck

The Menzi Muck is an exceptional, versatile machine with moving legs and extreme power. It works on the steepest of slopes and can reach just about anywhere.

The Menzi comes fitted with fully compliant ROPS, FOPS and FOPS protection. Prolec allows the operator to set any height or slew restrictions, making it perfect for working in rail and highway environments.

Attachments:

• Westtech 350 tree shear: Equipped with the westtech tree shear the Menzi can reach areas that other 360 excavators can't. With a cutting capability of 350mm, huge amounts of power, and fitted with the encon tilt rotator, the westtech works in many positions, making it safer and easier to shear and dismantle the largest of trees.
• Intermercato Grab: With the Menzi being capable of lifting nine tonnes, the Intermercato Grab  allows the Menzi to manoeuver extremely large materials.
• Fae Mulcher: This attachment has the capacity to take 190L of oil per min at 350bar which provides enough power to mulch on the most extreme sites.  Paired with the Menzi, its the ultimate mulching combo.
• Greentech Stump grinder: Being able to work in so many different environments, this attachment can grind out stumps in the most hard-to-reach areas.  Attached to an excavator, this attachment has the extra reach required to grind out the full stump, leaving just the grindings.
• Various Bucket options: Various options and the Encon tilt rotator, allows for all aspects of any work to happen more efficiently.
• Weed Rake: The Menzi works with the Weed Rake to remove all weedy vegetation from hard-to-reach areas, particularly around water.

Kobelco SK270SRLC

The Kobelco is the largest machine in the fleet with the base kit weighing 27 tonne. Extra counter-balance is added for extra stability when dealing with large trees at long reach. The Kobelco is extremely low ground pressured. Its rubber pads are incredibly sensitive and cause absolute minimal damage to vegetation and wildlife. It contains bio-oils which means it can be used near water without risk of any contamination to the environment.

An easy attachable extension arm and mecanil head, makes the Kobelco perfect for dismantling very large trees. With a 17 metre reach is can tackle almost any tree at maximum speed, using minimum labour.

• Various Bucket options: Various different options allows us to carry out all aspects of any works required. With the Encon tilt rotator this allows us to carry out works more efficiently.
• Ripping tooth: The Kobelco has a custom made tooth designed for pulling out large stumps completely out of the ground.

Case CX130D

The case is a great all-in-one machine. Its fitted with dual pumps for enough hydraulic flow to run a mulcher/flail comfortably without any loss of power.

Low ground pressure and rubber track pads make the Case ideal for sensitive sites, prone to damage.

It contains bio friendly oils which means it can work near water without risk of contamination to the environment

Prolec allows for any any height/slew restrictions to be set, makeing the Case perfect for working in rail and highway environments.

Attachments:

• Dragonbite 350 tree shear: Capable of cutting 350mm this set up is great for cutting trees/ vegetation safely and efficiently
• Intermercato Grab: Used together gives the perfect option to move large materials and feed our whole tree chipper.
• Flail: Great for clearing woody vegetation and getting to them areas some other machines are not quite capable of. Also great for leaving a fantastic finish at the end of completed jobs.
• Greentech Stump grinder: With it being on an excavator and having extra reach this allows us to get to areas other purpose-built machines aren’t quite able to get too, also grind out the full stump leaving just the grindings left remaining.
• Various Bucket options: Various different options allows us to carry out all aspects of any works required.
• Ripping tooth: The Case has a custom made tooth designed for pulling out large stumps completely out of the ground.

Kubota KX 080-4

The Kubota sports low ground pressure, meaning it can be used on very sensitive sites such as wetlands and tight spaces. Considering its compact size, it it extremely powerful and versatile, and handles many attachments that can all be changed from the cab.

Equipped with bio friendly oils, it is safe to use near water and SSSI, without risk of contamination to the environment.

The Kubota is installed with Prolec for flexible height settings/slew restrictions, making it perfect for working in rail and highway environments.

Attachments:

• Tree shear: Capable of cutting 250mm and with Encon tilt rotator makes it perfect for felling/dismantling materials safely and efficiently.
• Intermercato Grab: Used together gives the perfect option to move large materials and feed our whole tree chipper.
• Fae Mulcher: Used with the Kubota it is great for clearing small vegetation on very sensitive sites.
• Winch: Fitted to the end of the excavator this allows an awesome combination to winch materials in areas that other winch machines cannot get access to, being able to reach over obstacles makes this a unique set up.
• Various Bucket options: Various different options allows us to carry out all aspects of any works required. With the Encon tilt rotator this allows us to carry out works more efficiently.
