A perfect score at Waterbeach Barracks

We are pleased to share a perfect score of 45/45 in the Considerate Constructors Scheme following Ground Control’s on-site assessment in three key areas:

• Respect the Community
• Care for the Environment
• Value their Workforce

Building on an ‘excellent’ grade and near perfect score of 44/45 previously, our recent audit showcased our commitment to continually develop and improve. The recent report highlighted the ongoing partnership between Ground Control, Urban&Civic and the local community, noting "clear support for good causes in the nearby village"

Considerate Constructors Scheme are an independent organisation who raise standards in the construction industry and work with companies who voluntarily register to show there great standards.

In regard to the environment, the report noted:

As works continue, we are able to see the effect of phase one works, with wildflower flourishing in some areas and our first new residences on site, with swans moving into the area.
