Land Leasing for Biodiversity (BNG) Units
Farmers and landowners can diversify their land and income streams by leasing their land, or parts of it, for the creation of habitat banks to be sold as biodiversity (BNG) units.
Ground Control offers an all-in-one service that establishes if leasing the proposed land for Biodiversity (BNG) is profitable, brokers the 'units' to credible clients, and delivers and maintains the habitats in line with legal allocations and reporting.
