Ana Mantovani

Originally from Brazil, Ana began her career as a journalist. She is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.

Having resided in the UK since 2003 she has successfully, improved customer service across numerous blue-chip companies within logistics, retail, technology, software industries and says she’s “never looked back.

Ana joined Ground Control as a customer care manager for winter maintenance in October 2021, to support business growth plans and help protect the trusted, personal service our loyal clients are accustomed to.

In 2023,  Ana was promoted to Head of Client Services, for winter maintenance, gritting, and pothole repair.
