Investors in People Award

Investors in People is a recognition that an organisation looks to improve performance and realise objects through the management and development of its people.

IiP is an accreditation body based in London that assesses the leadership and management culture and practices of an organization.

Ground Control were also finalists in two other categories for this years awards; The Learning and Development Award and Employer of the Year: Gold.

Ground Control was announced as the winner of the Social Responsibility Award 2020 by London-based accreditation body Investors in People (IiP).
